2. Sacral Plexus – svadisthana- (Water)- Orange (VAM)


Location- 2 inches below navel


Glands- Ovaries, Testicles


Physical Body parts- lower abdominal area, Mid and lower back, Womb, Kidneys, bladder, hip area, genitals, appendix, lower vertebrae, pelvis.


Physical imbalances- Chronic lower back, sciatica, pelvic pain, gynecological problems, impotence or lack of sex drive, uterine/bladder/kidney problems, frigidity, infertility, Menstruation issues and irregularity, Infections in kidneys and or urinary tract, constipation, cyst in vagina or ovaries.


Mental and emotional imbalances- depression, low self-esteem, jealousy, insecure in actions and choices, guilt and blame, issues with money, sex, power and control creativity and ethics. Constant and debilitating fear.


Overactive traits- Sex drive is out of control, emotionally dependent, compulsive behaviors increase, frustrated often, overindulgence, Ambition is inflated or unrealistic, abnormal menstruation, moods are irregular and change quickly and dramatically, extremely sensitive to situations or actions. Constipation, kidney pain, struggles with setting boundaries with others, pain in middle or lower back, and addicted to sexual encounters.


Underactive traits- Limited or lacking passion, not interested in things you usually like, self-sabotage, act timid or shy, anti-social, find yourself always comparing to others, jealousy, low sex drive, insecure about situation, deprives self of nurturing and needs, guard is always up, unemotional, lack of creativity, unexcited about life’s ups and downs.

Solutions

Affirmation= I feel


Essential oils- lemon, ylang ylang, patchouli, rosewood, and sandalwood.


Yoga-Reclined butterfly pose, half split, hero pose, Childs pose, happy baby pose, downward dog, cow face, bound angle pose, open angle pose, forward bend, and pigeon pose.


Crystals- Carnelian, fire opal, citrine, orange calcite, orange tourmaline, coral, sunstone, moonstone.


Dancing, especially belly dancing or salsa.

Practice Hula-hooping

Express emotions in healthy ways

Learn tantra to understand sexuality on a conscious level.

Channel your emotions with creative expressions such as painting, writing, or journaling.
