3.Solar Plexus- (Manipura)-Fire-yellow (RA)

Location-Two inches above navel


Glands- pancreas and adrenal glands


Physical Body parts- Skin, diaphragm, pancreas, abdomen, large intestines, liver, gallbladder, stomach, spleen, middle spine.


Physical imbalances- Arthritis, fatigue, colon/intestinal problems, anorexia or bulimia, liver or adrenal dysfunction, hepatitis, diabetes, gastric or duodenal ulcers, pancreatitis, Chronic or acute indigestion.


Mental and emotional imbalances- trust issues, having a narrow mind, being overly competitive, being unreliable, always feeling like the victim, sensitivity to criticism, bossing others around unnecessarily.


Overactive traits- Overly aggressive, strong desire to be right even when its unnecessary and hurts people. Addicted to sedatives, such as sleeping pills or other calming drugs. Too self-absorbed and conceited, very limited perception always feel the need to be the center of attention, hyperactive, you are very competitive and a sore loser if you don’t win, crave power and willing to sacrifice anything for it.


Underactive traits- low esteem and self-worth, do not trust yourself, have a weak will, have a hard time accepting accountability, addicted to stimulants such as caffeine or drugs. Constantly thinks it's someone else's fault for what is happening in your life.

Solutions

Affirmation- “I can”


Essential oils- Lemon, lavender, rosemary, rosewood, Roman Chamomile. Wintergreen, juniper berry, grapefruit, ginger, fennel, coriander, bergamot, clove, and cassia.


Yoga-Leg lifts, boat pose, half boat, cat cow pose, bow pose, sun salutation, and fire breathing,


Crystals- yellow citrine, tiger’s eye, yellow agate, rutilated quartz, yellow topaz, amber, yellow calcite, yellow jasper, and sunstone.


Wear yellow clothes.

Eat yellow foods.

get as much sun as possible.

Try things outside of your comfort zone.

Take martial arts (internal or external), which strengthens personal power.

Create healthy boundaries with those in your life, to strengthen inner power.
