4. Heart- Anahata-(Air)- Green (YUM)

Location- Chest center

  • Glands- Thymus

  • Physical Body parts- Heart, Circulatory system, lungs, arms, shoulders, breast, diaphragm, ribs, Circulatory system. Pericardium, hypothalamus, upper arms, hands

Mental and emotional imbalances- resentment issues, loneliness, withdrawn from others, shy away from physical contact and intimacy, unforgiving of self and others, and feeling hopeless.


Overactive traits- overly empathetic to toward others and situations, codependent on others, you stay in unhealthy or abusive relationships even when you know you should distance yourself, have trouble setting and enforcing healthy boundaries, jealous of others, you sacrifice yourself and your belongings more than necessary.


Underactive traits- shy away from social situations, avoid relationships out of fear of being hurt, feel unloved or unlovable, lonely even around people, overly possessive of material things, judgmental of self and others, anti-social, suspicious of people and situations.


Solutions

Affirmation- “I love”


Essential oils- lemon balm, rose, geranium, lavender, bergamot, palmarosa, neroli, ylang ylang, melacuca, marjoram, lime, and eucalyptus.


Yoga- Camel pose, cow faced pose, seated spinal twist, eagle pose, and dancer pose.


Crystals- Rose Quartz, emerald, Green Tourmaline, green aventurine, green calcite, green kyanite, peridot, jade, amazonite, Chrysoprase, chrysocolla, 


Listen to music that makes you happy.

Wear, eat, and write in the color green, 

Balance the lower three chakras.
